El Mesón de la Flota (The Navy's Inn)

The Mesón de la Flota (The Tavern of the Fleet), is loyal to its maritime spirit, a restaurant placed in the ground floor of the hostelry under the same name, and placed near the bay and the Old Square.

This restaurant evokes the traditional Spanish taverns of the colonial times. The decoration is closely related to the sea, it is a mixture, including sailing symbols, small reproductions of old vessels and flags of the maritime code of signals.

The clients who choose this place will taste an ample variety of wines from different countries, and a selection of delicious Spanish tapas, beside the option of different cold and hot appetizers, main dishes with salads and Creole and Spanish desserts.

One of the dishes identifying the place is “the drunken lobster with Caribbean fruits”.
